About the event
Wetsuits don’t belong in landfills- an estimated 8,380 tonnes of old wetsuits are discarded globally each year. Made from non-biodegradable neoprene, they can take centuries to break down, contributing to long-term environmental harm. By recycling your old wetsuit, you help reduce waste, cut down on pollution from new production, and support the shift toward more sustainable surf and dive gear. Every suit recycled is a step toward a cleaner ocean. Keep our beloved waves safe!
Donations will receive 10% off Strictly Surf goods (exclusions apply)! There will also be food, stickers, and limited-edition merchandise. Contribute or stop by, every attendant is appreciated.
