How to Get Involved
One of the major ways to get involved is through our donation program. Here is a step by step breakdown on how it works.
Step 1:
Gather your neoprene wetsuit products in any condition.
Step 2:
Bring your gear to any of our participating locations and events.
Each store will have a bin and sign indicating their participation in the Upcycling program. Just drop it in the bin, simple as that!
Step 3:
Get discounts for new merchandise!
All of our participating locations offer discounts to donate (Exclusions apply)
Where do the wetsuits end up?
Wetsuits in decent condition will be donated to organizations for youth in need. Currently, we exclusively donate our wetsuits to the Black Surfing Association, which is directed by Lou Harris in the Rockaways to create access and understanding around ocean conservation. Our wetsuits will help introduce surfing to 40 urban kids every season and support them throughout the summer-long educational and sports program.
